Mediation

Includes the sending of invitations, completion of necessary intakes and preparation, issuing of applicable certificates and all other communications. If mediation is to take place in person a room hire fee will apply and will vary depending on the venue.

6 hours | $850.00

8 hours | $1,100.00

room hire | $200.00 to $450.00

Section 60i Certificates

Where mediation is unable to proceed due to refusal or unsuitability and a section 60i certificate is required
